How long does it typically take to receive a shortlist of candidates?
On average, we deliver a qualified shortlist within 10-14 days from the kickoff meeting. The timeline depends on the seniority of the role and specific technical requirements, but we prioritize speed without compromising on quality.
How do you assess technical skills?
We conduct initial technical screenings based on the specific role requirements. This includes reviewing portfolios, discussing past projects, and evaluating problem-solving approaches. For deeper technical validation, we can coordinate assessments with your team before final interviews.
What happens after we make an offer?
We don’t disappear after the offer is accepted. We support both you and the candidate through the notice period, onboarding preparation, and the first few weeks to ensure a smooth transition and address any early concerns.
Pricing & Onboarding
What are your pricing models?
We offer flexible pricing to suit different hiring needs: a success-based fee (percentage of annual salary), retained search for senior or hard-to-fill roles, and project-based packages for companies building entire teams. We’ll discuss the best option during our initial consultation.
How involved are you after the hire is made?
We check in during the first 30-60 days to make sure the integration is going smoothly. If any issues come up early on, we’re here to help mediate and find solutions. Our goal is long-term success, not just closing a placement.

What if we're not sure exactly what role we need?
That’s completely normal, and it’s where our consultative approach helps. We’ll work with you to clarify the role requirements, assess your team’s needs, and recommend the right seniority level and skill set based on your goals and budget.
Do you only work with companies in Romania?
While we’re based in Romania and have deep knowledge of the local tech market, we also support companies across Europe looking to hire remote talent or build distributed teams. Our network extends beyond borders.
